there are No Refunds, exchanges, nor returns on Customized Jewelry. Unless, we are at fault. If we are at fault, please report the issue within 7 Days of receiving your jewelry to resolve the issue free of charge! Anything reported after 7 Days SORRY, WE CAN NO LONGER ASSIST THE MATTER.
